Just like our time, the Capsule Collection launches are limited.
On the 1st Monday of each month, we release limited edition merchandise. There will only be 50 items in stock for each style and limited styles per launch. While you can shop our website at any time, the Capsule Collection is only on sale to the public for five days each month.

FIVE DAYS ONLY
Each month, we'll deliver a fresh batch of merchandise — available for purchase starting the first Monday of each month. You will only be able to purchase the Capsule Collection until the first Friday of each month. After that, our focus shifts immediately to fulfillment!

THE MINUSEY CAPSULE COLLECTION
The product I want is all sold out. When will it be available again, and how do I purchase?
Capsule Collection products are released with a limited amount of stock and once sold out they are gone forever. Sign up to our waitlist to be notified about new launches.
My order status is ‘unfulfilled’, what does this mean?
When your order status states ‘unfulfilled’ it means your order has been accepted and processed and once dispatched the status will change to ‘fulfilled’. Once fulfilled, you should receive an email providing you with your tracking number.
Does MINUSEY ship internationally?
Yes! We currently ship to 70 countries worldwide.
Does MINUSEY cover customs, duties, taxes and VAT?
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are issued by your local government once your parcel reaches the destination country. While these charges are the responsibility of the recipient, we do offer a Duty Credit of up to $30 on all orders over $150. To redeem, simply email us the receipt (help@minusey.com) from the customs office and we'll add the credit to your next purchase. Please note, customs may hold your parcel and cause delivery delays.
How long does shipping take?
All orders should arrive within 7-14 business days of the purchase date. The time it takes for these orders to arrive varies depending on your location, and how quick your local postal service is. We use express shipping (FedEx & DHL) which generally takes about 2-4 days.
How much is shipping to my country?
For Capsule Collection orders, we offer free express shipping worldwide.
When will my order be dispatched?
Processing generally takes 3-5 business days. Because merchandise in this collection is made to order, processing times may vary. As soon as one of our carriers picks up your parcel you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
I would like to return a product. How do I get started?
We understand that sometimes things don’t work out, therefore, MINUSEY will be happy to provide store credit or cash for any change of mind purchases within 20 days of receipt. We will cover the cost of return shipping provided the items are unworn, with tags and in undamaged condition. Cash returns will be subject to a $25 restocking fee. To begin the return process, please email help@minusey.com.
