HOW TO RETURN
We want you to love your purchase and if for any reason you want to return any full-priced pieces, you can do so within 15 days (the return items must be delivered to MINUSEY within 15 business days since receipt of the original order) without exceptions. Please ensure that items are unworn and in undamaged condition. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs - if it's our mistake (wrong item, damaged item) it's all on us of course.
- Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.
- Merchandise must have all tags attached.
- Any merchandise in "SALE" category or whose price is marked down cannot be returned. Items marked with "SPECIAL PRICE" or "DISCOUNTED PRICE" also cannot be returned.
- Any merchandise that is a knit, coat or leather good item cannot be returned.
- Any merchandise that is white or cream colored cannot be returned.
- In the interests of hygiene and their nature, all accessories (jewelries, hats, underwear, hosiery, belts, footwear, socks), swimwear and bodysuits - cannot be returned.
- All returned merchandises will be granted either as store credit, or a refund to the original payment method. The refund option will require a handling & processing fee of US $10 per item, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you. Please note that original shipping charges of flat rate of US$15 for orders under US$100, if separately charged, are non-refundable.
- The outbound shipping fee will be deducted if the order no longer satisfies free shipping criteria due to returned items.
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your returned items.
- If you send items back that are listed above as "cannot be returned," you may be subject to store credit. This is determined on a case by case basis.
To return an item, please follow these instructions:
- Email firstname.lastname@example.org to begin the return process.
- Once you receive our return form, add your order number and the names of the items you are returning and securely repackage your merchandise. Cover or remove any original mailing address label or carrier barcodes from package. You must return your package with the return form. Packages that do not have the return form will be subject to receiving store credit only.
- Ship your package using your preferred courier. MINUSEY cannot accept responsibility for packages we do not ship. Please keep the tracking details for your records.
- You will receive an email once your return has been processed. Please allow 7 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed.
If you are shipping your return yourself, insuring your return package is recommended but not required. In the event of any failure to return goods to us within 15 days, even though validly cancelled, we reserve the right to charge for the cost of recovery of goods. If the product was not returned within 10 days (postmark dates), the returned goods will be refunded in store credit, which is valid for a year.
Customers are responsible for shipping fees, customs, and duties on their return shipments to MINUSEY. Packages should be shipped to the above address via a carrier that requires recipient’s signature upon delivery.
In order to serve you most efficiently, we no longer offer merchandise exchanges in the traditional sense. With our FREE WORLDWIDE EXPRESS DELIVERY, you'll get the right size or color fastest if you simply place a second order. Once we receive your return, we'll credit your account.
In some cases, we will ship your order in separate packages. We do this to decrease the amount of time between order placement and order receipt, as all items are custom made and some pieces simply take longer than others. If you’d like to know which items are outstanding in your order, you can either login to view your order or email us at email@example.com.
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to cancel it. If our warehouse is already packing up your shipment, we cannot cancel or change it in any way. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, you may be eligible for store credit. If you have any questions, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
All items on sale are final. No exchanges, refunds or returns are possible for sale items. This includes Black Friday Weekend Sales.
DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
We enforce very strict policy to ensure every item we sell is in perfect condition. We triple check our merchandises prior to shipping and we have CCTVs monitoring these procedures. However, if you believe that you have received defective merchandise or were shipped incorrect merchandise (style, size, color), you must notify us within 3 days of receiving the product to be eligible for a return through email. There are no exceptions. In case of these defective of incorrect merchandises, we will do our best to get you the original item ordered as soon as possible. Since do not provide return labels at this moment or compensate for the return shipping fee, we will use FedEx First Class shipping in order to expedite the replacement process as fast as possible.
